What should you book?

Feldenkrais Session

If you are experiencing acute pain, recovering from injury, or would simply like a private hands-on custom program. Private sessions are the most effective option for you.

Physical Therapy

If you are recovering from injury, have a prescription for physical therapy, and would like to utilize your health insurance benefits, you would qualify for physical therapy sessions.

Group Program

We offer one hour classes and evening three hour workshops. Classes are great for ongoing maintenance of health. Workshops are perfect for a mini-intensive on a specific topic like low back pain.
