The Feldenkrais Method is an innovative movement based treatment and learning method that offers many therapeutic benefits. It is taught in two modalities - Awareness Through Movement (classes) and Functional Integration (private Feldenkrais Session or Lesson).
Our Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioners are highly trained having graduated from a three and a half year Feldenkrais Method training program, completing extensive Advanced Training every year, and meeting weekly as a team to study together. Our practitioners and therapists are experts in connecting the way the skeleton, muscles, and nervous system function in the environment.
Each Feldenkrais Session is a private, one hour, hands on lesson with a Practitioner. Our Feldenkrais Sessions are designed for your specific needs. The method is effective for anyone, regardless of age or physical ability.
Feldenkrais Sessions can address the following - pain & musculoskeletal problems, neurological conditions, stress & tension, and optimize your peak performance and graceful aging.
Do you have a specific injury or area of concern? Give us a call or email us to see how the Feldenkrais Method can work for you.
