Dr. Feldenkrais developed over 1000 unique lessons calling them Awareness Through Movement®. The goal of these lessons is to improve your physical and mental efficiency.
You can choose from the eight classes every week (three basic level and five open classes).
Basic Class: If you are new to the Feldenkrais Method or experience movement difficulties, we recommend beginning with any of our Basic Classes. These are easy introductory level lessons covering the fundamentals of the Feldenkrais work.
Open Class: If you are familiar with the principles of the Feldenkrais Method, we welcome you to join any of our Open Classes. These classes vary in the level of difficulty and movement themes.
