This workshop is an invitation to find it again.

Through gentle Awareness Through Movement lessons, Ami Shulman will guide you to explore the feet in their living relationship with the pelvis and spine — and to feel how that organization shapes your balance, your sensitivity, and your sense of being grounded from the inside.

There's nothing to force here. No strain, no big effort, no need to be flexible or fit already.

Just curiosity. And a willingness to discover new possibilities — a more integrated relationship between relaxation and activation, between ease and power.

You'll leave with a felt sense of how to meet stress, effort, and change with more equilibrium, resilience, and presence.
