The staff at PTFNYC comprises some of the warmest and most good-natured people I’ve ever known. I move with greater ease, and, in continuing classes with their staff, can look forward to deeper explorations into better movement.

After a Feldenkrais session I feel a deep and reassuring connection with my own capacity to move effortlessly and gracefully, and that repairs what I have habitually told myself about my disabled body. The pleasure and relaxation that reliably follow seem miraculous, but they are based on principles that are accessible to all who practice. I even apply some of those principles to my work as a psychologist and a performer. It all gets so much easier!
