Join us online for a new Special Focus Course beginning
Monday, May 13

Our workshop covers essential aspects of posture, starting with the carriage of the head and the crucial role of the eyes, which impact the entire body’s alignment. Discover tactics to alleviate tension in those rounded shoulders and delve into the significance of the spine, which holds you upright. We also explore the pelvis and the interplay between the hips, knees, and feet in maintaining balance and stability.

Each 90-minute session is packed with valuable insights:

  • You’ll experience a specific Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lesson.
  • We’ll share essential anatomy theories and the rationale behind each movement.
  • Practical tips will guide your daily posture improvement.
  • We’ll outline what to do and what to avoid for maintaining a healthy posture.

This course is ideal for individuals experiencing chronic pain due to poor posture, those with repetitive stress injuries, or anyone unhappy with their posture and seeking to improve. It is also suited for anyone already focusing on posture improvement but looking for more effective strategies.

What is the Feldenkrais Method?

Your movements are precious. They’re likely the most significant expression of your life.

How you move matters profoundly.

We employ the Feldenkrais Method to help you move better, way better!

The Feldenkrais Method is a gentle, slow, and meditative learning process based on your body’s natural movements.

The accent is on your first-hand experience, similar to the organic process you experienced when you were a baby, learning to roll over or make your first steps.
Guided verbally by Marek you perform precise movement sequences that lead to those “aha – that feels better” moments.

The gentle movements done with awareness improve your skeleton, muscles, and brain. They create healthy, graceful, precise, and deliberate motion! Watch how a better movement helps you relieve the pain, heal the injury, and be who you always wanted to be.

…I love the clarity of the explanations, the mix of theory and practice, and the encouraging and relaxed tone… these lessons have been very effective. Thanks so much.

Fine class. Teacher is sincere, methodical, patient and caring. He shares his depth of knowledge through diagrams, all the slow explorations, and his engaging question and answer periods at the end. During those periods he talks to his participants answering their questions at the levels of complexity that they can understand[…]

wonderful class and intro to Feldenkrais for me. I’m hooked. Both on content and on the way Marek teaches, with anatomy and concepts first so I can visualize where to feel and then the experiential component. Excellent class[…]
