Interesting facts about Tasha

I am most happy when when a client feels a positive difference during a session and can take what they’ve learned into their daily life.
After 1:1 sessions, I often hear ” I feel taller, lighter; like walking on air.” “I feel more hopeful and in a better mood.”

During group classes, I pay attention to students’ quality of engagement with themselves and the responsiveness of the whole self to the movement sequences.

What I love about the Feldenkrais Method is that  through a process of organic learning, we discover for ourselves what is meaningful and satisfying to us. An internal door opens, and you realize you have choices; flexibility in any moment. We learn to approach challenges without strain through learning new skills and developing awareness of our whole self.

When I have some free time you will find me dancing, appreciating the variety of trees and beauty of Central Park. I enjoy poetry, short stories, music and thrifting.
